How Many Servers Do You Recommend for a Serviced Buffet
We suggest 1 server per 25 people. Server fees are $30 per hour
with a minimum of 4 hours.
How Far in Advance Do I Have to Book My Order,
When Are Final Guests Counts & Menu Selections Due
2 weeks for a Serviced Buffet. 7 days for a Delivery and
Lonnie’s Famous Fried Chicken. 72 hours for Pick Up.
We require a 50% non-refundable due at the time of execution of the contract. Remaining balance of the contract is due the day of the event.
Additions require an additional deposit.
